Glen Alba Gardens can accommodate a wide variety of events and activities. Our facilities include a lodge for indoor events which can be used in conjunction with an outdoor courtyard perfect for buffet food service and dining. We have lots of space in our acres of open fields, grotto stage area and majestic redwoods. These areas work well as picturesque ceremony sites, perfect for weddings and other formal events. We also have a large swimming pool available and space for a bounce house the kids.

Event Services And Rates

Tea Social

  • Lodge (indoor) or Courtyard (outdoor)
  • Includes venue, choice of teas, tables, chairs, table linens, assorted sandwiches, tea cakes and cookies, table centerpieces, tableware, glassware, serving ware.
  • $1500 up to 30 guests

Courtyard Buffet Luncheon

  • Includes venue, tables, chairs, table linens, glassware, serving ware, choice of menus, table centerpieces, soft drinks
  • $3000 up to 50 guests
  • $5000 up to 100 guests

Outdoor Wedding Ceremony, Reception, and Buffet Dinner

  • Includes reception venue, ceremony venue, tables, chairs, table linens, glassware, tableware, serving ware, choice of menus, 3 pass-around hors d'oeuvres, serving staff (2 per 100), canopies for 3 tables on lawn, cake cutting, coffee service, centerpieces, bounce house (if disired) and play table for children, site insurance, bride's room, onsite parking for up to 100 vehicles, additional restroom facilities for groups over 100.
  • $100 per person, 100 person minimum
  • Capacity for 300-400 guests with onsite parking
  • Capacity for 800 or more guests with offsite parking & shuttle
  • Use of swimming pool or hot-tub is available for an additional fee.
  • Prices good for 30 days from quote. These descriptions are representative and do not constitute a contractual agreement. All events require a signed contract at booking. 50% deposit required at booking, refundable less 10% up to 30 days prior to date. Balance due on event date.
